Yahini couldn’t read my website
Section titled “Yahini couldn’t read my website”Yahini needs to read your site publicly to understand your business. If it can’t, for example because of a login wall, bot protection or a site that’s mostly images, it asks you to describe the business, or to write the summary yourself. Keyword research then starts from your summary.
A competitor says “Couldn’t read the site” or “Site isn’t in English”
Section titled “A competitor says “Couldn’t read the site” or “Site isn’t in English””Yahini can’t use that competitor’s content. Change the competitor to another site. It’s free, once a day per competitor.
My keyword run failed
Section titled “My keyword run failed”The credits are refunded automatically. Open the project and choose Retry generation, which is free.
Generate brief is greyed out
Section titled “Generate brief is greyed out”Hover over the button to see why. The usual reasons:
- the keyword has no funnel stage: set one, or use Fill in;
- another document is being written for this keyword: wait for it to finish;
- you’re a viewer on the project: ask the owner or an admin for the editor role;
- you have unsaved edits on the document page: save or discard them first.
It says I don’t have enough credits
Section titled “It says I don’t have enough credits”The action needs more credits than the paying account has. On a shared project, that’s the owner’s account. Nothing was charged. Upgrade, or wait for your monthly refill. See Plans and billing.
I can’t create another project
Section titled “I can’t create another project”You’ve reached your plan’s project limit. Archive a project you no longer need, or upgrade.
Search Console shows no data
Section titled “Search Console shows no data”- Check that the linked property matches the project’s website: ⋯ › Search Console connection.
- New sites can take a few days to collect data in Google.
- If Yahini asks you to reconnect, Google has stopped sharing your data. Choose Reconnect with Google.
Where are the keywords I hid?
Section titled “Where are the keywords I hid?”On the Keywords tab, switch to Hidden.
Can I write in languages other than English?
Section titled “Can I write in languages other than English?”You choose your project’s country and language when you create it, and research targets that market. Keyword import supports English keywords only.
Can I undo a regeneration?
Section titled “Can I undo a regeneration?”No. Regenerating a brief replaces the current version. Copy or export the document first if you want to keep it.
